These sessions are a space to be supported, held, and gently guided back to yourself.
I offer both in-person sessions from my Fremantle studio, and online sessions accessible from wherever you are ~ allowing you to receive this work in the way that feels most supportive for you.
A holistic blend of coaching, subconscious exploration, nervous system regulation, and energy work. We gently uncover what’s beneath the surface, the patterns, beliefs and emotional responses your body has been holding, while supporting the body to soften into safety through breath, presence and energy-based practices.
From this place, we create space for real, sustainable change.
Each session is personalised to you and includes follow-up support to help you integrate and continue the work between sessions.

While this space is primarily designed with women in mind, I also work with men who feel aligned with this approach
Each Held & Heard session begins with what you’re currently experiencing, together, we then explore and trace this back to the deeper patterns, beliefs, or stored experiences beneath the surface.
From there, we focus on creating safety within the body ~ allowing you to access, process, and release what’s been held.
There is no quantity commitment or structured plan to these sessions, they are available as and when you need this support. However, you are able to use the 3-session package for Held & Held.
