There are times in life when you know you have changed, but the way you relate to yourself and move through the world hasn’t quite caught up yet.
You may have outgrown old patterns, roles or expectations, while still carrying them through your everyday life. You know something needs to soften, but you aren’t sure what that looks like or how to begin.
The Softening is a six-week guided experience designed to help you understand who you are now, accept where you are and gently loosen what no longer feels true.
This isn’t about becoming someone new or trying to return to an earlier version of yourself. It is about meeting who you have already become and learning to live from that place with greater trust, self-acceptance and presence.
Six weeks · Eight founding spaces · $333 AUD
The Softening is a space to slow down and explore what you have been carrying, where you may still be holding on and what becomes possible when you stop fighting your present reality.
We will work with surrender, acceptance and gratitude as embodied practices rather than ideas you need to think your way into.
Through teaching, meditation, reflection and gentle practices, you will begin to recognise the identities and patterns that may once have protected or supported you but no longer fit the woman you are today.
You won’t be pushed to reinvent yourself or make dramatic changes. We will begin by building a more honest and compassionate relationship with where you are now, allowing any change that follows to come from a grounded place.
You do not need to have attended Meet Yourself Here to join us.
Week One — Meeting Yourself Here
We begin by noticing who you are in your present life and separating your current experience from the stories and identities you have carried forward.
Before we can genuinely soften, the body needs to feel supported. We will explore what safety means to you and how control, avoidance or familiar patterns may be trying to protect you.
We will work with accepting who and where you are without resignation or judgement. Acceptance gives us an honest place from which to move forward.
We will explore where you may be gripping, forcing or trying to control an outcome, and practise loosening that hold without abandoning yourself or your desires.
We will bring awareness to what is already supporting you and explore gratitude as a way of becoming more present and available to life.
Our final week brings the work into everyday life. We will explore the choices, boundaries, habits and actions that allow your outer life to reflect the person you have become.

This will be the first round of The Softening, and I am opening just eight founding spaces for 2026, four in each group.
The founding price is:
Future rounds will be offered at an early-bird price of $555 AUD and a regular price of $666 AUD.
The founding price is my way of thanking the first women who choose to step into this experience with me. You will receive the complete six-week journey and a high level of personal support within a very intimate group.
As a founding participant, I will also invite you to share honest feedback at the end of our time together. Your experience will help me continue refining The Softening as it grows.
The Softening grew from my own understanding that we cannot create a life aligned with who we are now while continually relating to ourselves through outdated identities, patterns and expectations.
I believe in celebrating how far we have come and honouring every version of ourselves that helped us arrive here. But there comes a time when we need to meet ourselves again, accept what is true now and allow the way we live to evolve alongside us.
This work is not about forcing, fixing or rushing yourself.
It is an invitation to soften the grip, listen more closely and begin living from the person you have already become.
I would love to guide you through it.
Amy 🤍
